Sri Shuvodeep Mukherjee
Sri Shuvodeep Mukherjee is a distinctly recognized artist of the modern era — one who is proficient across a wide range of music, spanning from classical raga to rock. A direct disciple of the legendary Padma Vibhushan Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty, he spent ten formative years learning under the master's guidance at the Shrutinandan institution in Kolkata.
Adorned with the coveted "Pandit" title, Shuvodeep is a Top-Grade (A-Top) artist of All India Radio, Calcutta. His academic brilliance shines through achieving First Class First in MA (Vocal Music) from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata.
His musical odyssey has taken him across the globe — performing in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, France, London, Canada, and across the United States. He is also an Empanelled Artist of ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Delhi) in Ghazal, Bhajan, and Light Indian Music.
With 38 landmark releases under major labels including HMV, T Series, and Gathani, and regular appearances on Tara Music, Doordarshan, Zee Bangla, and Akash Bangla, Shuvodeep continues to spread the love of music everywhere through his voice.
